    Dear Rose,

Thank you for providing the updated file, it solved the issue in desktop view. However, when the the website is displayed in mobile view there are no product images anymore. The area where the product image should be is empty.

It is not related with the plugin because the issue is present although the zoom is dis-activated for mobile view.

Is there something I can do or change in order to keep the zoom functionality for PC only without impacting the mobile display?

    Best regards.

Few weeks ago I had a problem with the Yith Zoom Magnifier and in order to fix it Rose sent me an updated version of content-single-product.php. I replaced the file and since then (I believe) the product layout has been affected.

Do you think that this makes sense? it would be worth to go back to the original file?

    Best regards.

    Hi Rose,

Woocommerce is 3.2.6. The storefront appears fine to me.

You find the credentials below, however please be careful because it is a live website and I can’t afford to break it.

    Thanks in advance.

    Dear Rose,

Now that we have discovered that the provided theme-functions.php had a bug and lucky we solved the issue that it triggered, is there a possibility to fix the hentry error raised by google with a working file?

Please let me know how to proceed.

    Best regards.

    Thank you Rose!

The problem has been solved! Thank you for the support.

I was wondering, do you think that the problem was triggered by the fact that the updated theme-function.php file was not correct or perhaps because I replaced the file in the framework folder (following your instruction) although I have childe theme, so I guess I should have replaced the file there?

    Best regards.

    Dear Rose,

you are right, however the problem is only partially solved. If you go in other categories as vases or sculptures I still do not see products.

Please have a look a at it and let me know.

I’ve noticed that you sent me the single.php file, could you please send me also the old theme-functions.php?

Please also tell me in which folder I should copy/paste the single.php file.

    Dear Rose,

Could you please send me by email the 2 files that you have indicated. I would like to make sure to use the right one.
    I’ll implement it soon after.

Shall I copy them in legenda/framework folder?

    Thanks.

    Dear Support,

Please help me. Products for all categories are not visible anymore.

I deactivated all plugins apart from woocommerce and the problem is still there.

I’ve also tried to change theme (I picked the default theme provided by wordpress) and the products are visible! At this stage the problem is related to the Legenda theme.

I really do not know what happened. Today, I’ve just upgraded the theme-functions.php file and since then no products are visible.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

    Best regards.

Not that I am aware of. I have not modified anything else apart from replacing the theme-function.php.

What I’ve noticed is the following: products are not visible only when I’m logged in the system (wordpress). Differently, products are visible.

Please make sure that the website will be still operative. It is a live website…

I cleaned my cookies and with the OLD theme-functions.php everything is back to normal. Could you please double check the updated theme-functions.php that you have provided me, to make sure that it is not creating an issue with products displaying?

    Thanks in advance,

    Dear Rose,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

If I have understood correctly, is it the robots.txt file that is blocking the access to some plugin files? Do you perhaps have any clue on how I could fix the problem?

As I said the same robots.txt was working fine prior to the theme update, I would appreciate if you could give me any advise.

    Thanks in advance.

    Dear Support,

I added the code into the style.css however, I did not notice any change in the giant menu (lighting). Everything looks exactly as before the change.

    Could you please advise me.

Thank you Rose for your reply.

I tried to implement the suggested code however, the Home link is not on the same line as the switcher (the code was inserted in style.css of the child theme). Rather it is positioned underneath the switcher.

Could you please support me, for me this solution is not acceptable yet.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

    Sure no problem.

If you go to the menu lighting you will see that the banner appearing on the giant menu is positioned far away from the last subcategory column, on the right hand side.

I would like the banner to be positioned in a third column as it was an additional subcategory column. In this way all three columns will be treated equally and the layout will not change as a function of the screen resolution. At the moment for large screen resolutions, the banner is far away from the subcategories columns and not much visible.

    Dear Rose,

    Sure, no problem.

Before doing it, could you please confirm that you will not modify anything without letting me know?

I would like to have this confirmation, because it is a live website and a potential technical issue, causing the website to be down, would create a big issue for me.

Thanks in advance for your understanding.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I disabled all 3rd parties plugins apart from woocommerce, sliderrevolution and WPBakery Visual Composer. I also updated a woocommerce template which was old. However, I still have the fatal error.

With the old version of Legenda theme everything was fine… (Storefront obviously works fine).

    Please let me know,

    F.

    Dear Rose,

On my local pc (where I have a full copy of the website), I updated Wocommerce to 3.08. I installed Storefront and deactivated all plugins apart from Woocommerce.

The duplication problem is still there.

I would like to let you know that on my local version, I also tried to delete one of the duplicated product categories. If I do so, BOTH the original product category and the duplicated version are deleted simultaneously. (I believe that this is happening because they have the same URL, it is not just a copy)

I strongly believe at this stage that this is related to the Legenda theme.

    Could you please support.

    Best regards.

    Dear Rose,

thanks for your reply. At the moment intentionally I did not updated Woocommerce to the latest version because the legenda theme 3.2 states compatibility with woocommerce 3.0.5 only. This was highlighted in several posts in the last week. Is no longer the case? can you confirm compatibility with woocommerce 3.0.8.

Concerning WPML I believe it is not the cause of the issue. In my local version of the website, as mentioned, I deactivated ALL 3rd parties plugins and the problem is still there.

    Best regards.
