As you can see on our demo https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda/ there is no Cart icon on the fixed header when scrolling.
The reason Cart icon wasn’t displayed on a mobile device is that you didn’t enable top bar and top links in Theme Options > Header > Enable top bar, Enable top links.
I’ve activated these options and the Cart icon has appeared on mobile devices.

There was a problem with the plugin Advanced Code Editor. I’ve disabled it and the order is displayed on the Checkout page now.

Please check it and clear browser cache before.
Also we recommend you to increase memory limit at least to 96M as required in Woocommerce Settings > System status.
You can ask to increase it at your hosting company.

1. Sorry, but this shortcode [etheme_product_category category=””] doesn’t display products in slider. If you want to have products slider you can find other shortcodes in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/blanco/index.html#!/blanco_shortcodes
2. We recommend you to use Woocommerce Layered Nav Filter widget which is completely compatible with our theme. Sorry but we didn’t test the theme with 3rd-party plugins and there may be some incompatibility.

Also after the changes use the plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ as recommended by Woocommerce team.
