I’ve added Post Grid element under Posts Slider. Please check it.
As VC authors updated Post Grid element, it differs from our demo, because on our demo site we use old plugin version.
To show posts excerpts go to Theme Options > Blog layout > Excerpt length(words) and set words number to display.

Plus/minus quantity option was removed in one of Woocommerce updates. You can use this plugin to get it back https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-quantity-increment/ .

Unfortunately there is no option to set custom footer for single product page, only for Shop page and it will be shown for all products pages. You can set it in Shop page editor on the right side http://prntscr.com/bre4cr .

1. Go to Appearance > Menus, open Screen Options at the top and tick “Product Categories”, then the categories section will appear in the menu items list and you’ll be able to add them to your menu.

2. Related products are shown from one category. So make sure you created categories in Products > Categories and marked products with them.
Brands can be created in Products > Brands.
Where do you want to display latest products?
