    Hello, I disabled “Hard-crop” from the thumbnails, the did regen thumbnails and it made some of my thumbnails smaller than others, breaking my grid on the shop page. So i submitted a topic for that and in the response they told me

    ” Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for desktop:
    .product-content-image img, .owl-carousel .owl-item img {
    height: 300px;
    } “

    And I did, but it stretches those specicfic thumbnails and makes them look distorted. If you check my home page and scroll down to the ” Categories” the “handbags” image is stretched! It is also stretched on the shop section.

    Is there any way to fix that?? I will leave login credentials on private section.

    Thank you in advance!

    Hello,

    As I see you added css code in parent style.css file. It’s not allowed because after theme update your changes will be lost. So I’ve removed the code. You need add css code in Theme Options > Custom CSS.

    Please provide FTP credentials as well.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.
    We’ve reuploaded the image “bag-Botkier.jpg” with right proportions. Please check the site now.
    All your images should have similar proportions to show them correctly, the approximate dimensions are 1 000px × 1 510px.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
