How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme, but the process is the same).

Have you enabled custom.css in Theme Options > Custom CSS. Please enable it.
There are errors in the error_log file:
PHP Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Widget’ not found in /home/workitco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/widgets/class-wc-widget-products.php on line 14
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method Coupon::widget() in /home/kawokudi/public_html/wp-includes/widgets.php on line 215
As you can see the problem is related to woocommerce plugin and wordpress widgets.php file.
What wooocommerce version are you using?
Try to update it or reinstall the plugin.

.nav-sublist-dropdown .container > ul > li a {
font-size: 13px !important;
}
There is no such file sitemap_index.xml in your FTP account, that’s why you’re getting 404 error.
You should upload it if you have it on your local PC.
