To create custom.css you need rename default.custom.css to custom.css in wp-content/themes/blanco directory via FTP and enable it in Blanco – Theme Settings, tick “Enable Custom CSS file”.
As I see the slider isn’t shown on the site. If you’re talking about large image on the Home page, then it’s added in Home Page Sidebar in Appearance > Widgets.
The reason is you were registered on the forum with purchase code for Legenda theme.
Try to create a new account and use Royal purchase code.

The problem may be caused by too high php version that you’re using. You can try to change it to 5.3 or 5.4 version.
But this notice won’t effect your site work, you can disable debug mode.
As I see the menu is shown on your site.
If you want to display top bar you need enable it in Theme Options > Header > Enable top bar > On.

I’ve imported the pages and they are called “Lookbook”, “Full Width”, “Sidebar”, “One Page”, but some content can be missed because you don’t have products to display as you didn’t install Woocommerce plugin.
You can change the content to your own or install Woocommerce plugin.

You have two rows of categories on the Tienda page because you added a row with Product Categories element on the Tienda page. Go to Pages > edit Tienda page and remove that row.
How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
