Mobile responsive issue - by stevhong - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi Support, i have issue on mobile responsive.
I have selected the responsive mode. But when view in mobile.. the responsive is not in order…
When i minimum the browser windows its look good, but not on mobile devices.
Please kindly advice what setting do i need to configure in order to view properly on mobile devices?

Hello,

Please update Visual Composer plugin to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ as old version may create some conflicts.

Some of the plugins is causing this problem. Try to disable one by one and check your site.

Hello, The categories for the mobile portion only expands but are not clickable, to sort our the products. Also the slider for the pricing does not move neither.

The problem was caused by Jetpack by WordPress.com plugin.
I’ve deactivated it and now responsive design is working.
Please check.
