There is an error on your site:

Please contact your host and ask them to increase memory_limit value and the values for the functions upload_max_filesize, post_max_size. Also enable allow_url_fopen function.
After that try to install demo data again.

Hello,

I’ve disabled Ajax “Add to Cart” in 8Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product Page. Now variations are shown fine on Cart and Checkout pages. Please clear browser cache and check.

As I see fields on Checkout page are shown correctly. Please view a screenshot:
