Hi, I try to install the demo content of the test version of the theme ” Royal Home” according to the documentation , but it works. Can you help me?

Hello,
please update to latest version all plugins bundled with theme and check your site. You can download them here: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

If this will not help – please provide us with FTP credentials for your site in private content.

There is an error on your site:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 49152 bytes) in /usr/home/tecma.es/web/wp-admin/menu-header.php on line 132
Please contact your host and ask them to increase memory_limit value and the values for the functions upload_max_filesize, post_max_size. Also enable allow_url_fopen function.
After that try to install demo data again.

I’ve checked php information of your site and allow_url_fopen function is still disabled http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/15/0608/h_1433767930_1606099_e592aa1e5f.png .
Please enable it.
