You had enabled the option “Disable responsive content elements” in wp-admin panel > Visual Composer > General Settings. I’ve disabled it.
Please clear browser and server cache and check your site now.

Concerning the responsive design you disabled it in wp-admin panel > Visual Composer > General Settings > Disable responsive content elements.
I’ve unchecked this option. Clear browser cache and check your site now.
