Padlock, Product Quick View, Lightbox - by epottsy

    Hello,
    Some time ago you were so kind and helpful to me with the SSL certificate which working flawlessly so far, thanks to you!
    Please can you help me solving some of issues that emerged later during the development of the site.
    1. While I working on the site through admin panel – all functions located on the right, are displayed with green padlok with information on it: Verified by: GeoTrust Inc, in way which should be, except when I activated Theme Options then is appear grey padlock with information on it: This website does not supply identity information. This matter does not prevent the integrity of the site in relation to which the certificate is complete in the activation of the site. I leave it you to decide whether intervention is necessary.
    2. When products are displayed – it appears ADD TO WISHLIS on left side (it works ok) and QUICK VIEW on the right side which if I activate it does not appear to perform the function which is expected as in https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/product-category/furniture/ as I would like to have.
    3. Ones I have load some product – then I try to open the image of the product in real size, I did what I could to fix the problem by WooCommerce/Settings/Products/Display I put a check mark Product Image Gallery (Enable Lightbox for product images), but unfortunately without success, ie I would like to have same as an example https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/product/woo-album-4/.
    I provide you with FTP and WP credentials in private.

    Hello,

    1. The reason is promo banner in Theme Options http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/15/1224/h_1450977372_1916604_35805a7788.png . You can ignore that notice in address bar of your browser.

    2./3. Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Hello Eva,
    I followed the instructions of yours:
    I did update the latest version of royal from themeforest and Woocommerce as well, before updated I delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/, after navigate to section https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ to download and install manually all via FTP.
    Unfortunately after all N2 and N3 of issues remains the same, also I noticed another issues related to RETURNS & DELIVERY next to DESCRIPTION (from single product page) does not work properly.

    Hello,

    The problem is caused by one of your plugins.
    Please disable them one by one to find it out.

    I do not know what to say except I’m happy as your client!
    and another thing to ask there is 3 months have left of support for this item, how can I extend the period up to six months for instance?

    You need buy a license again http://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976 after your period is finished.
