    As for the menu add this code in custom.css file:

    .main-nav .menu > li .nav-sublist-dropdown {
  top: auto;
}

    You added padding value http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0511/h_1462978895_3895395_c9a61f4a14.jpeg for that image block. Remove it.

    Row settings were changed in VC update and you have to choose “Stretch content” option to use full width background.

    Please remove all customizations you made and revert back to the styling that was after I removed additional classes from the row.
    Then let us know so we can start from scratch.

    We don’t have video tutorial.
    You need download archives here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ , extract them, connect to your site via FTP, go to wp-content/plugins and upload new plugins folders with overwriting.

    1. How did you update the theme?
    Usually such issue doesn’t happen after theme update.

    2. To change logo in footer go to Appearance > Widgets > Footer Copyright and add Text widget with your image code.
