We are using the Xstore Child Version: 1.0. I do not think we made any changes to the theme files but again I do not know for 100 percent.

We made a lot of customization to this theme, added, products, pages, text, changes to the menus, header, sliders, widnets etc.
Is all of these customization going to be lost during the update?

We was told to restore our website to a earlier backup and we did, we restored it to backup from the previous day. As of now the website is up and we can currently log into our dashboard, but why did the Xstore Version 1.2.7 cause our website and wordpress account to crash?
Why is it now when we got a plugin update for http://prntscr.com/owdetp it completely crashed our website? The website was down for two days now.
Now the website is back up after woocommerce deactivated this plugin but now our web-page is completely distorted for the last day: . http://prntscr.com/owdfp8. footer menu bar is distorted and missing the product section on the homepage.
Correction we download the new theme update but never updated the theme on our woocommerce account.
If we do update this theme will it effect any of the customization’s to the?

I contacted Woocommerce support and in turn they blamed 8themes as it relates to editing the 404 page and the misspelled shopping cart page. They claimed these pages are built into the xtheme and its a issue with 8themes. I didn’t say this shit, that’s what they just told me!
I relayed this message to you and in response you blame Woocommerce, by saying they don’t even know their own products and that they couldn’t bother do any research before answering our question.

With the new 8theme Core Plugin for Xstore theme
Version 1.2.3 will this update affect our themes or any of our store updates and customization?
I know in this above theme it was mentioned and shown in screenshot https://prnt.sc/ojtiyy about us turning off the hover on our homepage and product pages. We had a price hover over our images and it was fixed. Will this new update affect this or not?

Follow up on this, I see where can add text but how could we 1) change this text to different colors, 2) add a search box, or 3) add a large clickable image to the 404 page?

That his 404 page is built in from the template xstore which was built by the developer and is out of there hands.
We forward your last message to them and they said 8theme is mistaken and it would appear that your theme developer (8theme) is trying to unjustly pass the blame on to woocommerce.
2) What is the directions to changed it in woocommerce translation files?
Again we contacted woocommerce support a few days ago and finally got a response.
They said that the message that we posted earlier is not WooCommerce info but is a message create by the theme developer or a developer of your website and it’s being used
under the theme, xstore and because of this they will not edit this text.
We contacted woocommerce about the 404 page and received this message.

How do we now copy the xstore/404.php file to child theme, we want to edit the text of the current 404 page.
Where is translation files as shown by the screenshot you provided? Contacting woocommerce to fix anything is virtually useless.

Do we just remove the text at the location you should us or is there more of the code we have to remove including the text?

1. We read the Revolution slider documentation twice and will not read it a third time. We are not further than we was a week ago and still don’t have the information we need!
What colors we prefer? the custom image will be PNG, no background color in the custom image. Second the colors in the new custom image is already built into the image, So again we do not know what you mean by picking color for the image? If you mean background, than I assume white, because the custom PNG image has no background image or color in it.
What other slider plugin would you recommend beside this revolution slider??
We know how to delete the background color and image but how do we replace it than? once we delete the color and image, how do we than add a new image?
Our new image if we ever get it done will be PNG, since there is no background color in PNG what color background do we need to choose?
what size is this image, we are still waiting on having custom images and they need to know if the size is 1200 x 650, 1200 x 600 or 1140 or 618 or whatever the size is. We only want to have one fix image that is custom to fit in slider 1
I am going to say this entire slider revolution is absurd. Noway should replacing one image slider be this difficult, time consuming and outright absurd reading pages of documents to find answers to simple questions that we cant find just to replace one image! After getting familiar with the rest of this template its actually easy to negative and make simple changes but this slider revolution sucks and probably will prevent us in the future buying another template with this absurd feature. In the past Template Monster sliders, take 1 min to delete and replace and this slider revolution is taking us 7 days and we still dont have it replaced with the image we need.
Thanks we know how to delete the newsletter but we want to add a single image in its place maybe like a 1200 x 300 image, or similar to those dimensions. What options we can pick at “add element to let us do this?
