You may replace the image with your own changing /royal/wp-content/themes/royal/images/assets/payments.png
Text on the left can be changed completely if you will add text widget in Appearance->widgets->footer links.

It’s ok to place them to custom.css. Appearance->editor->custom.css and they should overwrite style.css. Fell free to contact us in case layout will need additional customization after this codes.

Please check server error log in order to find out what causing error as we don’t see any errors in theme. You may also try to reinstall theme completely and rewrite all files. Also some .htaccess rules may cause this issue. Please check this file and allow us to locate and read it.

Sorry for inconvenience. Our theme does not support second menu.
1. You may do it manually customizing theme files:wp-content/idstore/header.php like in example https://wordpress.org/support/topic/on-adding-second-menu-to-twenty-eleven.
2. Second way is to place some content under the menu which will be used for custom navigation.
3. You may try also to use external plugins for second menu.
