Installing theme gets internal error - by websol

    Hi,

    I am installing your theme on a clients host account. Each time I do it uploads fine, but once I activate it, it fails to work and gives me an internal error.

    I contacted the host and they send me the attached screenshot back.

    It is only this theme I have issues with, i have loaded and activated others with no problems. Any idea what the issue is with the theme? I do not want to use another as am used to Royal now.

    The site has nothing done to it yet, so please feel free to log in and switch the theme around to see why it is not working, I have uploaded it via FTP because the normal way would not work.
    I am unsure how to rectify the problem as the host are just saying it is a theme issue because others work and yours does not.

    Hello

    Please check server error log in order to find out what causing error as we don’t see any errors in theme. You may also try to reinstall theme completely and rewrite all files. Also some .htaccess rules may cause this issue. Please check this file and allow us to locate and read it.
