Topic: Register lnk is not visible next to sign in

Hi

I am trying to put register button next to sign in on top bar as its not available. Please correct this issue. I see in demos those button are available.

I have already gone through the documentation and could not find below path in wp-admin,
Settings > General > Membership

I have wordpress 4.1.1 with network setup thing. How should I correct this now?

Hello

Membership is the default wordpress option. Please see following screenshot http://prntscr.com/6kaet4. You may check if you have all permissions as an admin to change these settings.
