    Actually, you can create a static block and add the content in it as you want, then go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> Header Builder from there you can set the “Newsletter” widget and set that block in the widget settings, by doing this, the popup will appear on the complete site watch this video: https://streamable.com/43iupf

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    1. Your idea is really cool, but unfortunately, this will not work as by choosing the tab or option, the script must have to run which adds the extra amount to the actual amount of the product and that requires extra Customization.

    So you can try with Product Addons for Woocommerce plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-custom-product-addons/

    3- For this, you have to create a static block and add the content in it, just as you want then by simply editing the blog page from the Dashboard >> Pages >> All Pages you can set that static block. But it will appear on the top only. Please refer to the image:

    If you want to show the content in another place on the page then you have to use Elementor Pro.

    4. Please make sure that you have set the Featured Images on those old posts properly, OR else try to edit the Post and remove the old Featured Image and then set the new one, save changes and check back again.

    I have tested 2 different Posts on your site, 1 from the old one which you gave the URL above and the other from the new one from the blog page and here are the resulting screenshots:

    The difference is clear in both the above screenshots, you do not have the featured image code in the old posts on which you are facing the issue.

    5- Thanks for the video. Actually, it is an infinite scroll system and it loads more post auto when you are at the bottom so loading posts live without loading the page takes a moment. It’s the default behavior and it will not count as a leg or laziness. It mostly depends on the server performance, that in how much time your server process AJAX and JQuery.

    1- Actually, there is no feature in the theme like this. You can use any third-party plugin for this from WP Market at your own risk.

    2- You can use the Mailchimp plugin for this because this plugin is fully compatible with our theme.     I have tested the brands on a single product page at my end on my test site and it is working perfectly fine, It means the issue is on your site only and I am not able to duplicate it on my test site, so could you please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me in a private content area of this topic and also please share the screenshot as well so that I’ll check and further help you on this.

    1. Unfortunately we do not have such a feature in our theme for now, so this requires extra Customization for now, You can submit a request here https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , so our dev team read it.

    2.     The issue you are facing is because of the WooCommerce Payments plugin, Please deactivate it for a while and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, It will solve your issue and then you have to reach out to the plugin author and ask for its fix as this is the third party plugin issue, not our theme issue and it is out of our scope.

    I can see you have the “Mixed Content” issue in your browser console and other issues as well coming from the third-party plugins.

    So first of all, Please try to solve the Mixed Content Issue on your site.

    The mixed content or SSL issue occurs due to having a secure connection and it does not load the style sheet of the website.

    Please try to change the website link from HTTP TO HTTPS

    For this open your site WP Admin Dashboard and Navigate to Setting >> General and change the WordPress website URL from http:// yourwebiste.com to https://yourwebiste.com

    OR please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Hello, @KD,

    Unfortunately, this is not possible to copy the Custom Created Product Layout from another demo, you have to Install the theme on a test/local site and then import the “Niche market 02” demo on it, and finally copy/add every single element from your test/local site to the main site manually, This is the only possible way.

    You can change the editor, but in this case, you will need to re-create all content, that was created using WPBakery, using Elementor manually. There is no automatic converter.

    Variation gallery is an additional feature of the theme and the default WooCommerce plugin export file does not include that info for import. So, try to use other export plugins like WP All export/WP all import or similar that allow choosing what fields you want to export including custom fields.

    Yeah, you should have to generate a new support ticket for every single new issue, to avoid any inconvenience and mess in the same topic, as if you generate a single topic for multiple issues then it will cause issues in understanding and explaining properly.

    Regarding your issue: Try to deactivate and activate the theme using your purchase code and then IMPORTANT: go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09

    You may try to update the theme after that and you should not face any issues.

    Actually, the permalinks handle by the WordPress you can check the settings by going on the Dashboard >> Settings >> Permalinks from there you will see a section named “Product Permalinks” simply set the settings from the available options there and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache to see this image for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/qNNyQgK6

    Otherwise, you have to look for any one of the SEO plugins which provides such functionality to change the URL as per your requirements as you can try with the Yoast SEO plugin.

    No, Sorry to say, but there is no option because WPBakery and Elementor are different page builders, and both work on different parameters and coding standards. So there is no way to migrate the site content from WPBakery to Elementor. You have to create the content of your site with Elementor from Scratch.
