Stuck on scrolling (back) on mobile on product page

I hope you can help me. I even extended my license for this question.

On mobile I have the big problem that my entire site freezes when scrolling through a product page.

I’ve already tried everything.
external plugins on/off.
Lazy loading on/off
Infinity scroll on/off.
Cache plugin on/off.

Nothing seems to help.

After it is not loading anymore the site is stuck and nothing works anymore.
This is also on other iphones i tried.

thanks for your quick response. I see that there is nothing wrong with that video. However, does this also look like a simulator?

However, I have this problem on a real iPhone (and my girlfriend’s too). The problems especially start when you start scrolling a little faster and back. Products are then no longer loaded and the hamburger menu is no longer clickable, so, the entire site is then stuck.

I also received this complaint from another visitor before and I started testing it myself.
So the problem does exsist.

So I hope you want to look a little further than just a simulator to find the real problem. If you need more video’s of me please let me know.

It may be an Ajax server error when you made a test, please try to clear the cache and check back again.
