    Yes we have, please watch the video’s here in our theme documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/03-how-to-create-a-mega-menu/

    And yes you can import the Pre Built Mega Menu Static Blocks using the XStore Studio as well, you have to go to Static Blocks and create a new Static Block, now using XStore Studio and import any of the pre-built Mega Menu as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/GHs0zCfM

    Hello, @Farcela,

    Have you updated the Theme required and recommended plugins as well after the theme update?

    Please go to XStore >> Dashboard >> Plugin Installed and try to update all the plugins from there one by one, which you are using on your site, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue.

    Otherwise, please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me in a private content area of this topic, so that I’ll check and help you out further.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Maky,

    I have tried to debug your site and first I want you to, Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @afaqshakoor,

    1. To solve your issue, first, you have to enable the social share from the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Page >> Single Product Layout check this image: https://postimg.cc/vDrDTHTm

    Navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Option >> Social Share there you will see all the icons our theme has, just check the ones you want. Check the image: https://postimg.cc/TK95jkf2

    You can not set the links for them as those social icons are for sharing purposes and generate the link which shares the particular product on that social forum.

    2. The Review tab is showing fine on the single product page: https://postimg.cc/HjBXBty0
    I have just rate the product and here is the result: https://postimg.cc/YGjGP5g1

    Hello, @ryan@rrwebdesign.co.uk,

    The issue you are facing is because of your own Custom CSS code, You have to remove this Custom CSS and it will resolve your issue: https://postimg.cc/2bZxLL6b

    Hello, @Maky,

    1. For making your products at the same height, please copy and paste the below given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

    .home .content-product .product-title a {
        height: 75px !important;
    }

    2. You are not able to choose some of the products to add to the cart on the home page because those are variable products, and for turning ON the add to cart for the variable products, you have to show the variations on the Shop/Home pages and for that, you have to use the swatches.

    You can turn ON the swatches Option from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop Elements >> Variation Swatches: https://postimg.cc/JyjqGWvR

    Hello, @raj,

    This is the CSS you can try with it. It’s specific for the shop page Menu item and on Shop Category pages only, you have to change the ID of the menu item on your site. https://postimg.cc/c62tfWXG

    .tax-product_cat .et_b_header-menu .menu li#menu-item-2178 a:before {
        background-color: #000;
        width: 100%;
        left: 0;
        right: auto;
        content: '';
        height: 2px;
        position: absolute;
        -webkit-transition: width .2s ease-in-out;
        transition: width .2s ease-in-out;
        bottom: 0;
    }

    Hello, @TFS,

    Yes, you can ignore that warning, it will not harm your site.

    And you can read the theme minimum requirements here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

    These numbers are actually the server numbers set on your site from the hosting, it will allow the space on your server to your site and also the time on your server to your site to run the query and perform successfully. The higher the number will be the better the performance.

    Maximum execution time (max_execution_time) is a time limit on how long a PHP script can run.

    The Max Input Var value represents how many variables for a single function your server can use to avoid overloads. Depending on your script or website, you may need to change this value.

    Hope this is clear enough now.

    Hello, @mahlv,

    1. I just remove the logo and set it again by doing this your issue is resolved now kindly check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. Check the resulting image: https://postimg.cc/Jsx1JPBD

    2. I just enable the registration option from the WooCommerce >> Settings >> Accounts & Privacy check here: https://postimg.cc/LYw6yDR9 by doing this your issue is resolved.

    Note: The thing is the SSL certificate you activated is causing the issue on the site homepage. The changes I have made are not appearing on the front page and showing a “Mixed content” error because of SSL at the homepage as you can see in the image: https://postimg.cc/phN6q54N but on the other page of your site the change works just fine check here: https://postimg.cc/WDrvNVPv So to solve your issue you have to contact your service provider and show the image of errors I shared with you to fix this, once they have done please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. I hope your issue will be resolved.

    Hello, @Topis,

    That is because you do not have any content in those blocks and you have to add the content in those static blocks, publish them and then you will be able to see the content while editing and on the front-end as well.
