    Hello, @Blade,

I have just checked your site now on GTMatrix and this is the result: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/ozando.fr/YBRk0iST/

If you can check below, you can see that your initial server response time is high: https://postimg.cc/RJnFy2pW so you have to reduce it, you can ask your hosting provider for the best plan they have.

You can read and follow the instructions written in our theme documentation about the speed of the site as well: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

Read these posts about DOM https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1412-avoid-an-excessive-dom-size https://isotropic.co/avoid-an-excessive-dom-size-on-your-wordpress-website/
Edit your page and Product elements and enable Lazy loading for the Product elements. It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header.

Furthermore, you can follow the instructions the speed testing site provides you.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Tal,

    1. I have debugged your site now and found the cause of the issue, Actually, the filter is working fine on your site but it has been hidden on your site using the hidden class and that might be because of any third-party plugin conflict.

Please check your site screenshot: https://postimg.cc/gxh00yNh

And I have tested the same filter on my test site and it is working perfectly fine for me without any hidden class: https://postimg.cc/H8JghHNM

That is the main issue, so you have to try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

If the issue still persists then please keep the plugins disabled and let us know I will debug in deep to find the cause of the issue and also your permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customziation as well.

Note: Please take a complete backup of your site first, before going to disabling the plugins to avoid any inconvenience.

    2. Your issue has been solved, I have set the Shop/Category page layout as a sidebar from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Shop Page Layout: https://postimg.cc/rDhLMDL4 and then set the Filter from Appearance >> Widgets >> Shop SIdebar: https://postimg.cc/kBTnX1QD so now it is showing the sub-categories on your site in the sidebar: https://postimg.cc/wR3w5jGC

    3. Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then.

    Hello, @projectx,

First of all, please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Core plugin, and also you have to update the plugins to the latest version bundled with the theme package.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

If the issue still persists then please keep the plugins disabled and let us know I will debug in deep to find the cause of the issue and I need your site WP Admin URL and Credentials in a private content area of this topic and also your permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on-site Customziation as well.

Note: Please take a complete backup of your site first, before going to disabling the plugins to avoid any inconvenience.

    Hello, @Linna,

If you are able to see the changes in Customizer and not able to see the changes after publishing it on the page front, then it means you are facing the cache issue only as if it is working fine in Customizer, it should have to work on frontend as well,

I have just checked your site as well, and the button color and title size both are changed on your site: https://postimg.cc/kVRP5VBV

Please try to clear the site and browser cache and check back OR try to check the site on any other Computer on a fresh new browser and I am sure you will not face this issue anymore.

    Hello, @Blade,

Unfortunately, there is no such option by default, WooCommerce takes source images and generates product image sizes, and thumbnail sizes. Please read more about automatic thumbnail resizing here – https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2017/12/11/wc-3-3-image-size-improvements/ and https://woocommerce.com/document/image-sizes-theme-developers/

    Hello, @Fabio,

You have to run a search and replace in the database, and try to clear the cache as well.

If still the issue will persist, then please reset the site completely and try to migrate the site using the Duplicator WordPress plugin, It’s my personal experience that I am sharing with you, it’s not official, but that plugin works fine for me every time.

    Hello, @antonia,

Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global Custom CSS.

    .et_b_header-menu .menu li#menu-item-10395 .menu-static-block {
        left: 0 !important;
    }

The above code will shift your dropdown Menu left to middle and then you have to set the Mega Menu Container width from Appearance >> Menu by clicking on Mega Menu Item: https://postimg.cc/34pV38MT and make sure that your dropdown menu container width must be the same as your Menu has like: https://postimg.cc/DJVpj9SY

    Hello, @ubi1907,

Basically, this issue is not related to our theme, but to WordPress. Can you please check it once by activating the default WordPress theme like twenty-twenty-two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not?
If it behaves the same with the default WordPress theme as well then it will make sure that the issue is not with our theme but with WordPress and in that case you have to contact your hosting provider on this issue.

    Hello, @Fabio,

It is because you migrated the site and it is not done successfully, That’s why the links are not set properly and causing the issue. Second, If you use a custom font then please try to delete it first and then upload it again it will work for you.

    Hello, @Fabio,

Actually, this zone notification coming from the woocommerce plugin, not our theme. You can switch it off from Dashboard>> WooCommerce>> Settings>> Shipping>> Shipping Option>> Debug mode>> and Uncheck enable debug mode. It will resolve your issue.

Please watch the video for better reference to understand :
    https://www.veed.io/view/10dcb775-33a3-48c2-b10a-e03947751598?sharingWidget=true

You can read it here: https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/

    Hello, @houijiaymen,

    1) Actually, there is no option in the theme to preset the demo you have to import it again.

    2) When you try to import the demo again all the current data will override with the demo import process automatically because importing demos more than one in 1 standard site will cause unexpected issues on the site.
It is recommended to run import on fresh WordPress installation (You can use WordPress Database Reset plugin) first reset the current site and then import the demo again your content will be lost if you import the demo there is no way in the theme to have the current content and preset the demo as it was.

    3) If you want to keep your data and want to import the new demo or preset demo as well, then you can try with the WordPress Import/Export functionality under WP-Dashboard >> Tools.
You have to export the content of your site first and then reset the site completely and then import the demo again and then after that, you can import the content as well, OR you can try with any third party plugin as well which better meets your requirements.

    Hello, @mohamed,

Actually, our theme supports two types of product pages.

    1. Pre-build in this you can enable/disable some options.
    2. Custom layout in this you are able to create the layout and set the content as per your need.

Here is the detailed documentation on these layouts: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/single-product-page/

And if still, the issue will persist then this is not our theme issue, this seems to be the third-party plugin or the cache issue on your site.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

And make sure to remove the cache from the server, site, and browser as well.

If the issue still persists then please keep the plugins disabled and let us know I will debug in deep to find the cause of the issue and I need your site WP Admin URL and Credentials in a private content area of this topic.

Note: Please take a complete backup of your site first before going to disabling the plugins and I also need your permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

    Hello, @Chris,

Unfortunately, there is no option to add the Custom Social Media in the header in our theme, Our theme provides the functionality to add the new Social Media using the “Social header element” but you can only select from the pre-given options: https://postimg.cc/fJgX3bSd

If you want to set and choose your own Custom Social Icon then you can use the Custom HTML header element and then set the Custom ICON using the Custom HTML code in it, it will work for you: https://postimg.cc/RJ7sSHZw

Otherwise, this requires additional Customization and it is not included in the theme support policy, If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.
