    Hello, @Ulysses,

I see, Sorry for the misunderstanding, I am able to understand your issue now.

When I checked your site and our demo site, I am able to see the difference, your site is broken.

And then I logged into your site and tried to find the cause of the issue, and I found the main cause of the issue was your site plugin: “Page Optimize“, I disabled it and then checked your site after clearing the cache, and the header was appearing fine except the static block in the header, then I went to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization and turned OFF the “Static Block Cache” from there, Published it and cleared the cache, then static block in the header is also working fine, see this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/5XrhD95t

And then I moved a little below and checked your Banner on the home page, which is not showing the image, so I found the image which has been set for it, is showing 404 error, which means it is not able to find it. Please see these screenshots: https://postimg.cc/ZC44Lqjt & https://postimg.cc/fJ8ytXsg so you have to edit the Banner and set the image again.

OR as you have many more issues like this on your site, so I suggest you to first deactivate all the third-party plugins including the cache plugins, and then reset your WordPress and start from scratch with the fresh Demo.

Otherwise, the only possible way is to, you have to set the images and content by editing them one by one.

    Hope this clears everything.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Diollo Store,

I have just checked your site now and there is no such Facebook Login on your site on the Checkout page, here is the screenshot: https://postimg.cc/t1Lxkqwt, and the Login Form on Checkout is working fine, It has the same width as the other page content has.

So if you want me to change the current Form width then let me know I’ll provide you the Custom CSS fix for it.

    OR

If you have the Facebook Login on the Checkout page then please share the URL of that page, so that I’ll check it on that page for you.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Diollo Store,

First of all, I can see you are using the old version of the theme (8.2.3), so try to update the theme and theme required/recommended plugins, and check back to your site after removing the server, site and browser cache.

You can follow our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

I can see you have the server cache LightSpeed as well, so please disable it, till you are in the development process.

    OR

If you are using the “WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Pagination” plugin on your site, then please, go to the Infinite Scroll setting and update them according to our documentation

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/

OR try to disable that plugin and use the theme default pagination and check back.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @uppc,

    1. You can change that body background image from XStore >> Theme Settings >> Styling/Colors as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/WhJ9crzC

    2. Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    .content-product .product-title a {
        height: 50px !important;

General site speed depends on many factors. Especially, for the mobile below listed all the techniques to improve your mobile score.

    Enable Mobile Caching
    Optimize Images for Mobile
Implement Lazy Loading on Your Images and Videos
Optimize Image Delivery With a CDN
    Improve Time To First Byte
Eliminate Render-Blocking Resources (JS and CSS)
    Reduce Page Weight

In order to understand how you can fix it please read this article:

    Hello, @oscardc,

    Thanks for using our Theme.

1- There is an error on your site the checkout page does not appear and working fine please check the image: https://postimg.cc/dk9sfzD4

kindly fix it first so that I will be able to check your issue and fix it for you.

2- This is not part of the XStore theme functionality, this panel was created just for the Preview page on ThemeForest. So you cannot set this from the theme options. I hope you understand.

    Hello, @Maheeb Sons,

    1- Great.

2- I made a video for you to know how you can create different headers for different pages: https://streamable.com/acy9is

    3- Great.

4- It is because the form is coming from a plugin and the plugin doesn’t work on AJAX so that’s why the page is loading when you click on the next step. For this, you have to contact the plugin author or check for any other plugin that suits your requirement and use it at your own risk.

5- I have checked the menu link that you shared with us it is working fine I made a video for you there is no error see video: https://streamable.com/sx09no

You can add multiple menus on the header it will work fine as you can see in this video: https://streamable.com/e33e2m

6- This is not the CSS, this is the custom PHP code to make a plugin compatible with the theme and you can paste it on the child theme function.php file.

    Hello, @naijapropertyhub,

Actually, shipping is coming from the WooCommerce plugin and is stored in’s database. You want to set a popup for shipping and it will change with IP address so it is an extra requirement that you cannot achieve this from the theme options or WooCommerce plugin for now, you can use any third-party plugin for this from WP Market at your own risk.

    Hello, @Abdullah Ashraf,

First of all, my-account, cart, and checkout are WooCommerce default pages and those are fetching from the WooCommerce plugin using the shortcodes, so our theme does not have any influence on it except the styling… It by default took the primary color of the theme.

WooCommerce does not have a lot of options to customize the registration form. Read this post https://quadlayers.com/customize-woocommerce-registration-form/

Same for Cart and Checkout pages, you have to refer to the WooCommerce articles or support.

Furthermore, you can use the 8Themes Layout Options for the page to change the style with the given possible options by editing the particular page: https://postimg.cc/rzZ4FVfx

If you want to change the color, margins, paddings, etc, you can use Custom CSS for it.

    Hello, @Alessandro,

For the store notice simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS and then paste the below code to the Global CSS Section.

    .demo_store{position:relative !important;}

Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Regarding the last menu item issue the thing in the previous message I share a code with you to set some space from the top of the menu that’s why the last menu item appears like this you can remove that code and set the menu at the position it was before to show the last menu item as you want. Below is the code I am referring to.

    #header-vertical .et_b_header-menu li>.nav-sublist-dropdown:not(.nav-sublist){top:10% !important;}

    Hello, @O2DCA,

    Desktop – 992px+,
    Tablet – 768px – 991px,
    Mobile landscape – 481px – 767px,
    Mobile – 480px.

By default, there is no possibility to change them, but you can add custom CSS code in Theme Options to change the styling.

And as you said your site is on local, so it’s difficult to set the CSS for your site, please make it live on the test server and share the site live URL with me, so that I’ll check and prepare the Custom CSS for your site.

    Hello, @homme143,

Sound’s Good!! that your previous issues were solved.

And for the Vendor Button place issue, Unfortunately, this is not possible to place it in the Menu Items as the Menu is in a different div and also the button is in a different div: https://postimg.cc/rzj96FHR

And I have tested this by activating the default WordPress Theme Twenty Twenty-Two on your site as well and the result is the same: https://postimg.cc/t74xxdr7

So it makes clear that the issue is not because of our theme but it is the default styling of the plugin, if you want to change it, then it requires extra Customization.

    Hello, @Dawa,

    Thanks for using our Theme.

The issue could be because of any third-party plugin conflict, Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please share your site WP-ADMIN Login details in the below-listed format in the private content area so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly.

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

Kindly take a complete backup of your site first.

And I also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

    Hello, @Blade,

    1. Ok Great!, If you are ok with the response from your hosting provider, then you can go with it.

    2. By default, every CMS has different classifications and WordPress is one of the most famous and useful CMS from others. It’s built with a structure like this, so you have to recheck and delete the not necessary sections from your site and recheck it, and not only by our theme but WordPress default generates some images and content as well, for different purposes.

    3. Yes you are right, that lazy load option is only available in XStore widget/element for the products and not in WooCommerce/others widgets/elements.

And we have the general Lazy load option as well in our theme options which applies generally on complete sites not on any specific widget/element.

    Hello, @VDinev,

I have checked your site speed and found some necessary things those need to be optimized see image: https://postimg.cc/ZBFBYS3G as you can see there are some things in the “Medium” priority and the server response time is in the “High” priority. You have to optimize all the marked things you see in the above image to solve your issue.

To optimize your site speed please follow this article first: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/ please make sure that you have to flushed the server cache first by contacting the service provider (Hosting) and then proceed to the article on the above link and optimize your site speed.
