Shop page went completely black, but if i click on preview then is normal, can someone pls help?

Hello, @Dawa,

Thanks for using our Theme.

The issue could be because of any third-party plugin conflict, Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please share your site WP-ADMIN Login details in the below-listed format in the private content area so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly.

Kindly take a complete backup of your site first.

And I also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

Hello,

We can’t log in. Please check credentials.
Please try: Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Products style > Show Excerpt In Content Product > Off.
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary FTP access also. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Thanks for the reply.
It is because your excerpt contains tags, and when a part of the excerpt is taken to show on the Shop page, some unclosed tags cause the problem. Keep the option disabled or edit the description of products. You can add a few words in the Short description area, without tags, then content will be displayed just fine.
