    Yes, I check your issue. The other slides in the slider revolution plugin have the issue.

    Contact your hosting provider and ask for help, maybe information from the server error log will point you in the right direction on what needs to be fixed.

    Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

    Thanks for the screenshot. I have understood your issue.
    Now, in order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    .etheme-above-checkout-form .woocommerce-message{background:green !important;padding:40px !important;}

    That was the complete explanation, whether you want to use the library or want to edit/create the archive template using page builder, you have to purchase the PRO version of the plugin separately, this is Envato policy and you may wish to confirm from them as well.

    2- When I try to update anything on the WPBakery edit page when I press the update button the “403” error appears on the page see here: https://postimg.cc/HjkfrpfT This error is usually from the hosting so you have to contact your service provider (Hosting) in order to solve your issue.

    1- Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    2- Actually, in the mobile menu you can only show the category or a menu only there is no option in this if you choose a category it will show auto and you cannot change it. But if you choose a menu to show in extra tab from the theme options like this: https://postimg.cc/7JHTfNsC then you can select a different menu there and you can edit/create a new menu for this from the Appearance >> Menus and set the menu items in it as per you need.
    and sorry to say, that there is no option in the theme to set the icon at the category.

    Importing the site does not delete any pages or posts. However, it can overwrite your existing content. It is not recommended to do a full import of another demo version when 1 was already imported, your products won’t disappear, but it may cause a mess in content/settings.

    If you want to get sections from other demos, use Studio – edit a page using Elementor > click here http://prntscr.com/10ec6jw and https://prnt.sc/10ec6zt

    Thanks for the access. I have checked your issue in depth and found that the issue is not coming from our theme. I installed and activated the “Storefront” theme on your site and set the filters and found the same issue. The thing is that there is something wrong with WooCommerce and you have to contact the WooCommerce plugin support in order to solve your issue. Once it will work fine with the storefront theme it will work fine with our theme too.

    Hello, @Behrang,

    Your issue has been solved please check back to your site now after removing the browser cache, It was a siteground optimizer plugin issue, I deactivated it and the issue was resolved, Now it is working fine on the Shop page as well.

    Regarding the Additional CSS and Recently Viewed Items, please check them back again after clearing the cache.

    Hello, @raj,

    You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in the Theme Package.

    This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by 8Theme.

    You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is the Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

    1. That is because you have set the Site Width as 1440px from XStore >> Theme Settings >> General, I have removed it and it is showing like this now: https://postimg.cc/wyKpZZqF & https://postimg.cc/v4VMhGMD but it also has the impact on your site other pages as well.
    So I reverted it back as it was.

    So you can try it by yourself. Other than that option the possible way is Custom CSS for that particular page.

    2. I have added the Custom CSS code to the page Custom CSS XStore setting and it resolved the issue.

    If you want to edit the archive page (Shop or Blog or Category) using Elementor/WPBakery you need to use Elementor Pro/WP Bakery Pro, the default Elementor/WP Bakery does not have such an option. If you have Elementor Pro/WP Bakery Pro, contact their support to get assistance.

    1a- Actually, No you cannot edit the blog page with Elementor our theme has pre-built layouts you can choose one of them. The blog is an Archive page and you can not edit any of the Archive pages with the page builder.

    1b- You can create/edit posts with Elementor but for this make sure the posts option is checked from the Elementor settings. Simply go to the Dashboard >> Elementor >> Settings and then check the options as you can see in the image: https://postimg.cc/YhsLvkwk

    2- Sorry to say, I don’t understand what you mean by “But I cannot find CSS code to change the hover over the grayed area and then the location of the blog category.” Can you please elaborate on it?

    3- No, sorry to say that but you can not add it on the blog page directly as you can not edit it with page builder, so this requires Customization. OR you have to use the Pro version of the Elementor page builder.

    4. Can you please explain it more clearly if possible with the URL of the particular post and also the screenshot of the issue for my better understanding so that I’ll check and help you out further?
