Problems in Slider Revolution plugin & WPbakery plugin

Hello There!

Great Theme, but I am having some issues that are really putting a delay on my process.

1. I am receiving an “Ajax Error” when I am trying to save a slider in Revolution Slider

2. I’m trying to make some changes in my website using WPbakery plugin but the changes in website don’t happen

Note: I have updated XStore theme & Slider Revolution plugin but my problems remains same

Hello, @Muhammad Usaid,

1- When I check your issue in the slider revolution it is working fine as you can see in this video: https://streamable.com/w13kys
Please check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache.

2- When I try to update anything on the WPBakery edit page when I press the update button the “403” error appears on the page see here: https://postimg.cc/HjkfrpfT This error is usually from the hosting so you have to contact your service provider (Hosting) in order to solve your issue.

I appreciate your quick response but my slider revolution plugin issue is still same.
I have recorded a video for you & you can see in the video whenever i try to change the image of slider#2 & slider #3 image then error appear “AJAX Error” on the top right side of the page.

Hello, @Muhammad Usaid,

Yes, I check your issue. The other slides in the slider revolution plugin have the issue.

But when I check the error it is showing the 403 server response error please check this image: https://postimg.cc/k6kP1mKV
In order to solve your issue please check this article: https://codeless.co/slider-revolution-ajax-error/

Contact your hosting provider and ask for help, maybe information from the server error log will point you in the right direction on what needs to be fixed.
