My basic setup is XStore + WooCommerce + Elementor Pro. I have additional plugins for backup, security, caching etc. but it seems unlikely to me that they affect how data entered by a customer at checkout would suddenly disappear from the mail to me. However, let’s search for a solution together.

How can it be that something that has always worked well does not work after updating, this happens almost always and it means that you are not much in favor of updating when it is running as it should

Now don’t always try to throw the ball away
it is the same as we have always used, we have 8 x-large licenses
and your support doesn’t get any better because of it
it seems like you just don’t want to go into the problems that come with all your updates

I have recorded a video showing the “Preview Could Not Be Loaded” error from Elementor Pro when using the XStore theme. The video also shows that it works without a problem when I switch to the Hello Elementor theme.

You can see the video containing both scenarios on https://youtu.be/uJZjycJvoP8. It is a little less than 4 minutes in total and I have put in on a hidden link on YouTube.

”Dear support

I have contacted the Elementor Pro support and they gave me a step by step troubleshooting guide.

After doing the initial steps of clearing the CSS and cache, they suggested switching to the Hello Elementor theme … which made Elementor Pro work perfectly without any errors.

As soon as I switched back to the Xstore theme, the Elementor Pro error message came back.

It therefore seems that my current Xstore version / configuration is causing the problem and I hope you can help solving it.”

Honestly, when you open elements, all the widgets on the left side open, how do you set it so that they are all closed and you only open the one you need to use, it is not to be misunderstood
