We would like to inform you that the issue you encountered was related to the “Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder” plugin. Unfortunately, this plugin is no longer supported by its development team, and no further updates will be released. Additionally, the plugin has been removed from Codecanyon, as you can see here:

To address the issue, we have made direct modifications to the plugin, specifically to the following file:
wp-content/plugins/mpc-massive/assets/js/mpc-scripts.min.js

Moving forward, we highly recommend transitioning from WPBakery Page Builder to Elementor for a more stable and supported experience.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with this issue as it is caused by the **multisite-global-media** plugin. The plugin modifies the image URLs, and during the creation of a WooCommerce image object, WooCommerce checks whether the image exists. Since the paths have been altered by the plugin, WooCommerce is unable to locate the image.

As we cannot modify third-party products, we recommend reaching out to the developers of the **multisite-global-media** plugin for further assistance. The issue seems to be related to WooCommerce’s frontend requests not correctly retrieving the image by its ID.
