    Thank you for providing access. We have adjusted the rocket settings – the issue was related to the deferred image loading options. We have now updated these settings, and the results have improved.

    Have you contacted your hosting provider as we previously advised? Please share with us what they said. If you haven’t reached out to them yet, please do so now – you can even show them our conversation.

    Usually, such issues can be resolved on the server side without taking up your time and effort.

    We have tested the loading of your homepage in the Chrome browser both as a registered user (using the access details you provided) and as a new unregistered user through an incognito window. The translation and images load surprisingly fast on our side at the moment.

    Please check your internet connection, update your browser, disable any additional browser extensions, and then clear your browser cache. After that, please perform another round of testing in the Chrome browser.

    Hello, Sega,

    Thank you for the detailed explanation – we fully understand what you’re describing.

    You’re referring to the current behavior of the XStore product filters when applied to variable products, where:
    • The filter returns a product if any of its variations exist – even if the specific variation that matches the selected attribute (for example, size or color) is out of stock.
    • You’d like the filter to return products only if there’s at least one matching variation in stock for the selected attribute(s).

    That makes perfect sense from a user’s perspective – it’s a logical request and indeed could improve how attribute-based filtering works in certain stores.
    However, the current XStore filtering logic is intentionally designed to show a variable product if at least one variation is in stock, even if some variations are not. This prevents other customers from losing visibility of products that may still have available options.

    Changing this logic globally could break filtering behavior for other users who rely on the existing approach.

    At this point, there are two ways forward:
    1. Feature request:
    You can submit this idea via the XStore Dashboard → Feature Requests section. If it receives enough votes from the community, our team will consider adding it as an optional filter mode in a future update. https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/

    2. Custom solution:
    If you need this behavior specifically for your site, we recommend reaching out to our customization partners at WP Kraken. They can adjust the filtering logic for your particular setup without affecting the global theme behavior.

    Please note that the issue is not present on the test site because the sticky sidebar option has been disabled for the payment block on the checkout page. This option requires constant recalculation of the sidebar to ensure the sticky function works correctly. Therefore, when you change the browser window size, the panel is refreshed, as both the height of the moving block and the height of the container block change.

    At the moment, we have disabled this option. Kindly check it on your side.

    It means that there was a bug which triggered the page cart data update upon clicking anywhere on the page, although it was supposed to occur only when the height of the checkout block (sidebar) changed. This issue has now been fixed, and the data update is functioning correctly – it now occurs only after the sidebar height changes.

    The sidebar height changes in cases such as when the payment method is modified, when the recipient’s details are updated, or when a comment is added to the order.
