We have identified the following issues that were affecting the installation of plugins and demo data:
1. The “Under Construction” plugin was active, which was blocking certain requests.
2. The child theme was broken. Further details can be found in the private content section.
To resolve these issues, we created a proper child theme and temporarily disabled the “Under Construction” plugin during the demo content installation process. As a result, the demo data was successfully installed.
