    Hi, to complete this process, you need to remove the site from the left section of your dashboard on 8Theme. We can see that you have already done this. After that, simply activate the site on the new domain by selecting the live domain during activation.

    We have noticed that the fonts required to be loaded through Elementor are missing on your new website. To resolve this issue, please try clearing the Elementor cache (details can be found in the attached screenshot). If the fonts are still not displayed after this step, it is most likely due to insufficient access permissions for the “uploads” folder, which prevents Elementor from loading the necessary files.

    This depends on the method used to add the fonts to your website. If you uploaded custom fonts through the theme, please try re-uploading them. If the fonts were added via Elementor elements, simply clear the cache. In case you are using Google Fonts, please ensure that there are no whitelists set on the server, and verify that the file system method is set to “direct” and that the “uploads” folder has the correct write permissions (777).

    Unfortunately, this functionality is not available by default in either WordPress or the theme.
    In order to make the admin area of your site in Chinese while keeping the frontend in English, you need to add the following code to the functions.php file of your child theme.

    To add such an element to the homepage of your website, you need to make the appropriate modification to the header.php file in the child theme, or use one of the plugins that allow you to insert custom code into the header, such as Code Snippets or Insert Headers and Footers.

    Unfortunately, the FTP access you provided leads to an empty directory on the server. Therefore, we used the WP File Manager plugin installed on your site to make the necessary edits. To resolve the issue, we applied changes to the file:

    wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/woo.php
