    Hello,

    The issue is that you have changed the original attribute slugs to different ones, and they no longer match the attribute names. For example, you had an attribute Exoendo Edibles with the slug exoendo-edibles, but later changed the slug to exoendo-options, which disrupted the relationships. If you revert the slug back to exoendo-edibles, everything should work correctly. Please check your attributes for such discrepancies.

    We have noticed that either on your side or ours, a cached version of the store page is being displayed. In the version we currently see, there is no option to select how many products to display. Please clear or temporarily disable the server cache and CDN (if applicable).

    It is possible that the issue may be related to the tawk.to plugin or the Fibo Search plugin. To identify the cause, please try temporarily deactivating each plugin one by one and check if the issue persists. This will help determine which plugin is responsible.

    Please follow the steps below:

    1) Create a backup of your website. You can use the All-in-One WP Migration and Backup plugin for this purpose. Make sure to download the backup file to your local computer.
    2) In the dashboard, deactivate the XStore theme.
    3) In the Appearance → Themes section, activate a default WordPress theme.
    4) In the Appearance → Themes section, delete the XStore theme.
    5) In the Plugins section, deactivate and delete the related plugin.
    6) Then, download the XStore archive from ThemeForest and install it via Appearance → Themes.
    7) In the dashboard, activate the XStore theme using your Envato purchase code.

    Additionally, we have enabled the following options:
    Customizer -> SEO -> “Noindex” tag for URL
    Customizer -> SEO -> “Nofollow” tag for pagination URL

    These changes should help reduce the number of unnecessary links.

    Jetpack is not included with the theme (it is often installed automatically by some servers). You may safely deactivate it — this will not affect the theme’s functionality in any way.

    We can confirm that you have purchased a valid license. Regarding the issue with the pirated archive installed on your site, we do not have specific information on how this occurred. However, in most cases, this happens when a developer or the site owner initially downloads and installs an unofficial archive from the internet before purchasing the official license.

    Because a pirated archive was installed, there is a high probability that your site may contain backdoors, viruses, or other malicious code. This can cause various issues unrelated to the theme itself, and we cannot take responsibility for such problems.

    Please first remove all existing files and clean your site thoroughly to ensure there are no viruses or infected files left. After that, download the official archive and license code directly from your Envato ThemeForest account and activate the theme using those files.

    Please note that, according to Envato’s policy, one license can be used for one live website and one staging website only. If you have more than one live website, you will need a separate license for each.

    We understand that you would like assistance in resolving this issue. Our recommendation is to completely reinstall the theme using the official files as described above.
