    We have identified the root cause of the issue. It occurred again due to query rewriting in the database. The problem arose because one of the product attributes was named “brand.” When WooCommerce performs a database query, it first searches by attributes. Therefore, when filtering by brand, the filtering was applied to the attribute “brand” instead of the taxonomy “brand.”

    After we renamed the attribute to “brand-attr,” everything started working correctly. Please check it on your side.

    Hello, MAHDAR,

    You can do this within the slider element when you open the page in the Elementor editor.
    However, if you would like your website to be multilingual, you need to create a copy of this page for the other language and then change the texts in that copy.

    wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/features/language.php

    These changes have disabled the Spanish language option in the Customizer.

    We apologize, but your initial issue was related to the category filter, and the provided screenshots and information referred specifically to that. As for the brand filter, it is not functioning properly because brands, xstore-brands, and categories share identical slugs. You need to select one type of brand for everything to work correctly. At the moment, due to these duplicates, you will not be able to view any brand archive, even when accessing it directly through a link from the admin panel.

    This issue was caused by an AJAX compatibility problem with the new version of WordPress. We have already released a special patch #968401 that resolves it. The fix will also be included in the next theme update.

    We have modified the style loading order to ensure that the animation starts faster and have also disabled the delay before the animation restarts. However, you are correct that the animation will not begin until all the necessary resources are fully loaded. Therefore, the server response speed plays an important role in this process.

    Additionally, we can suggest using the global Site Preloader. To enable it, please go to the Customizer → General / Layout → Site Preloader section.

    Hello,

    The issue is that you have changed the original attribute slugs to different ones, and they no longer match the attribute names. For example, you had an attribute Exoendo Edibles with the slug exoendo-edibles, but later changed the slug to exoendo-options, which disrupted the relationships. If you revert the slug back to exoendo-edibles, everything should work correctly. Please check your attributes for such discrepancies.
