    Hello,

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello, Moshe,

    The overall speed of your website depends on several factors. Below are the main aspects to consider:

    – Plugins: Having multiple plugins installed and activated can slow down your website. Please keep only the plugins that are essential for your site’s proper functionality and deactivate any that are not in use. The more plugins you have, the slower your site may become.

    – Caching: Caching is one of the most important elements of website optimization. Combine cached pages with GZIP compression for better performance. We recommend using the W3 Total Cache plugin and following a beginner’s guide to its setup. Another excellent option is the WP Rocket plugin, though it is a paid solution.

    – Images: Always use optimized images to avoid large file sizes and slow loading times. Do not upload images larger than necessary. When using image editing tools such as Photoshop, make sure to use the “Save for Web” option.

    There are various ways to compress images. You can use online services or WordPress plugins to optimize them and reduce loading times, such as tinypng.com, Compressor.io, Kraken.io, EWWW Image Optimizer, or the Smush Image Compression and Optimization plugin.

    – Elementor Plugin: If you use the Elementor plugin to build your website content, consider disabling unused elements to improve loading speed and reduce unnecessary load.

    – Server/Hosting: Sometimes, slow performance may be caused by your hosting service. If you have reviewed all the points above and your site remains slow, the issue is likely related to your server or hosting provider. Please contact your hosting provider to discuss possible solutions, as even a default WordPress theme can experience slow speeds due to hosting limitations.

    You can find more information about our Speed Optimization options and the Elementor plugin documentation on our website.

    If you require professional assistance with site optimization, please contact our customization team, as this service is beyond the scope of our standard support.

    Hello, Martin

    These patches have a significant impact on the build and the AJAX functionality of the theme. Specifically, the changes concern the function et_ajax_shop(), which is responsible for generating AJAX results. The patches replace the function wp_die() with exit(), since in the latest version of WordPress, wp_die() automatically generates an error log. This, in turn, distorts the AJAX loading results, causing an empty error message to appear instead of the expected product output.

    Hello,

    As far as we can see, there is no grid/list switcher on our test website. Also, your staging site does not have the switcher for the number of products. Could you please check if they were accidentally disabled?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Please make sure that you are using the latest versions of the theme and plugins.

    2. Disable any third-party plugins to check if one of them is causing the issue.

    3. After completing the first two steps, please provide us with the link to the product where the issue is visible and FTP access so that we can investigate the problem further for you.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm regards,

    Hello,

    Here are some practical steps we would recommend:

    1/ Resave Permalinks:
    Go to Settings → Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and click “Save Changes” without making any modifications. This will flush and regenerate the rewrite rules, which often resolves 404 errors or disappearing pages.

    2/ Check Theme and Plugin Updates:
    Make sure your theme and all plugins are updated to their latest versions.
    Also, try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, and then check if the Shop page works. Reactivate plugins one by one to identify if one of them is causing a conflict.

    3/ Review Server Error Logs:
    Access your hosting control panel or FTP and check your server’s error_log file. This can provide more insight into what might be breaking the Shop page. Look for repeated errors or anything related to WooCommerce, your theme, or core WordPress files.

    4/ Clear Cache (Browser and Site):
    Clear your browser cache and also the cache from any caching plugins (e.g., WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache). If you use a CDN (like Cloudflare), purge the cache there too.

    5/ Check Hosting Environment:
    Sometimes server configurations (PHP version, memory limits, etc.) can affect WordPress functionality. Make sure your hosting environment meets WooCommerce requirements (PHP 7.4 or higher, MySQL 5.6+, etc.).

    If none of these steps help, reach out to your hosting provider or Woocommerce support team https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ with as much detail as possible, including error messages, steps to reproduce the issue, and recent changes made to the site.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message. We appreciate the additional information.

    Please try disabling the cache plugin completely and check the result.
    The issue might be caused by the lazy loading settings in the plugin.

    Hello, Omar,

    Thank you for your request. You can automatically hide out-of-stock products from your store by enabling the option to hide these items in your WooCommerce settings. Once the products are back in stock, they will automatically become visible again in your store.

    To do this, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory, and check the option “Hide out of stock items from the catalog.” Then save the changes.

    Hello, Hanzla Nadeem,

    We have fixed the font loading issue and replaced the Flying Pages plugin with W3 Total Cache, which has slightly improved the website speed. We also recommend that you set up a CDN and connect Google PageSpeed to your website using the w3tc_pagespeed feature. This will help you identify and resolve performance issues more easily. We will provide the connection link in a private message.

    Hello,

    We have encountered this issue for the first time and discovered that, for some reason, your cart page is being cached. We have tried disabling all plugins, but the problem does not seem to be related to them. Therefore, we added the following custom code to the child theme to prevent the cart page from being cached.

    add_action('template_redirect', function() {
        if (is_cart() || is_checkout() || is_account_page()) {
            // Disable caching headers
            nocache_headers();

            // Disable LiteSpeed Cache (if active)
            if (class_exists('LiteSpeed_Cache_API')) {
                LiteSpeed_Cache_API::disable();
            }

            // Disable WP Super Cache
            if (function_exists('wp_cache_disable')) {
                wp_cache_disable();
            }

            // Disable W3 Total Cache
            if (defined('W3TC')) {
                header('Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, max-age=0');
            }

            // Extra safety for reverse proxies / CDNs
            header('Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, max-age=0');
            header('Pragma: no-cache');
            header('Expires: Sat, 01 Jan 2000 00:00:00 GMT');
        }
    });

    However, this solution only partially helps, because when a product is removed from the cart page, the products are completely replaced with others. This is not a template cache issue but rather a database query cache issue. We noticed that you have database optimization plugins installed, and we are concerned that these plugins may have modified the database in such a way that, when a product is removed, the same cart page content is returned.

    At this point, the best solution for you would be to restore a database backup created before the optimization was performed using these plugins.

    Hi there!

    Thank you for your message. We appreciate your feedback regarding the display of variable product prices. Currently, the theme displays a price range for variable products and shows the specific variation price only after a selection is made. Unfortunately, there is no built-in option to automatically replace the main price range with the selected variation price, as this functionality is managed by the WooCommerce plugin itself and follows its default logic.

    We’ve reviewed your request and it requires custom development, which is outside Envato’s support policy. To get it done properly and on time, please submit it to our trusted partner WP Kraken:

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Thank you for your message. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify this matter. We will address this issue in the next theme update.

    Dear James,

    We are sorry to hear that. All websites should be updated regularly, approximately every 1–2 months, as WooCommerce or WordPress release new versions. We also perform updates accordingly. The reason is that technology evolves constantly, and so do hackers’ skills. It’s impossible to predict every potential issue in advance, as new security vulnerabilities appear regularly, and new design techniques, animations, WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and server-side technologies also improve continuously.

    That’s why most of our customers keep their products up to date. The fact that you are using version 5 or lower indicates that no updates have been made for more than two years, which is quite risky. If updates had been done gradually, you wouldn’t have noticed any visual changes. However, since your site hasn’t been updated for such a long time, there is a high chance that something may not work properly.

    We recommend creating a backup before each update, testing it on a staging environment, and performing updates regularly—at least every 2–3 months. This approach will help ensure everything runs smoothly.

    Hello, Recep,

    Thank you for the video. We have identified that the issue was caused by the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, specifically the active “Combine JS Files” option. We have disabled this option, and now you need to clear the data on your CDN.

    Additionally, after we cleared the cache on your website, we were no longer able to log in using the credentials you provided, as we are receiving an “incorrect password” error.

    Hello, Hanzla,

    First, please enable allow_url_fopen on your server. This will improve the font loading speed.

    Additionally, you need to configure caching. Combine the cached page with gzip compression to achieve better performance. We recommend using the W3 Total Cache plugin. You can refer to the beginner’s guide for setting up the W3 Total Cache plugin.

    Another excellent option is WP Rocket, although it is a paid plugin.

    Hello, Terpsauce,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing detailed information about your request.

    We understand that you would like to modify the behavior of the password reset process on your site. Regarding your suggestions:

    A. It is not possible to have the password reset form function directly on the login page without redirection, as this process is handled by the default WooCommerce functionality.
    B. Triggering the existing password reset popup directly from the login page may be achievable with custom development or additional JavaScript customization.
    C. Redirecting users to a separate, dedicated password reset page can be implemented by customizing the WooCommerce templates or using a plugin that allows you to define a custom password reset URL.

    Please note that such modifications require custom coding beyond the default theme settings

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    2/ We recommend trying to build a custom search results template: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-search-results-page-builder-with-elementor/.
