WPBakery Builder not functioning - by Sharon Cox

Hi there, As mentioned in email, WPBakery Builder is not working on the site – buywoodfurniture.com.au. When I go to a Page and select Edit with WPBakery, up comes a white transparent page over the top of the page I want to edit. I have spent a lot of time trying to get it work. I have deactivated all of plugins one by one. I have also just added the debug code in wp-config.php a suggested, I have no idea how to enable debug code, I have not actually done this before. I would really appreciate your assistance please.

Hi there, Sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in.
I have just connected again via FTP and cPanel using the credentials. I have done a screenshot of the FTP details and re-entered the details again in private area. Hope this is of help.

Hello,

I found that you have errro in the console even with the default theme https://prnt.sc/1xa7n9m and also Cloudflare settings are empty and displays errors even with the default theme https://prnt.sc/1xa7jup
So, I suppose that this could be the reason of the issue. Please, solve this error with the default WordPress and then reply back and we’ll take a look at the WPBakery issue.

I have logged in and deactivated plugins once again etc with no result.

I have no idea where to go from here. When you say ‘ solve this error with the default WordPress are you suggesting I load WordPress again?

Hello,

I meant that you have errors in the console even with the default WordPress theme, not just with the XStore theme https://prnt.sc/1xdv6gx
You need to contact WordPress support https://wordpress.org/support/view/all-topics/
Solve the errors with the default WordPress installation first.

Only once you fix these issues that are not related to the XStore theme and WPBakery plugin then we’ll be able to check the issues related to WPBakery.
