Xstore heder builder does not save

in the administration panel my changes are reflected, but I go to the web and everything appears without any changes.

2/ Do you use multiple headers? Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it. Please provide temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
