If i refund a customer from stripe dashboard woocommerce emails the customer as it should, but.. the email states “refund sent via stripe dashboard”. which isnt very professional looking. what can i edit to change what the emails state? much prefer it just said “refunded amount”.
i did look at woocommerces emails via my admin panel, but they make no sense at all to me.

Please tell me how it works with default WC theme – Storefront? Or you have such situation only when our theme is activated. We are theme support and we can help you with issues related strictly to our theme. If some default functions do not work as you want even with default theme you need to contact WC support.
You need to check if you have the same problem with the official WC theme – Storefront. If the same issue persists then you need to contact plugin author to get help. Unfortunately, we are able to help you only in case problem appears with our theme because then we can fix our theme files. If the problem is not related to our theme we can do nothing.
