So, I only have one product on my website for which I want the fake sale booster to appear again and again. But every 2nd iteration of the fake sale popup comes up empty.

I do not have more than 1 products. I want it to work only for 1 product. How can I correct this?

Also, when the sale popup does appear, it does not show the full name of the product. I want it to show the full name. How can I do that? https://prntscr.com/xo3nxp

Hello,

Please provide temporary FTP access – FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP. If you don’t know what the FTP is then you need to contact your hosting provider. Hosting support knows.

Update the theme and Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update Clear all cache after the update.
