HI,

after moving the website from a test location (i did not use a plugin for migration) the header builder does not save my options. So i can not add any header, prebuild or build your own, does not matter it does not save.

I already overwrite the theme, this part does not help.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Maybe DB import was not made correctly. Could you try to make a copy from the previous site to this one using the Duplicator plugin?

Point is that, i moved the files from sub domain to root. Normally this goes well, but with this theme, gives problems. I do not know what to do now. What i do, i cannot save a header, it is just blanco.

Hello,

Problem is not related to files. Problem is related to DataBase I suppose. Have you already removed copy on the subdomain? Can you check the server error logs? Provide us with errors you have there.
