“Error during checkout. Please try again”

    Hi, I have clients complaint that they can’t make an order.
    I can’t replicate the issue, so I don’t have any information.

    One client sent me the following screeshot (it’s in Greek “Error during checkout. Please try again”).


    When is this message supposed to appear?
    Could you help somehow?

    Hello, @Vivi,

    Could you please check the issue by temporarily activating the default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to ensure that the issue is not related to our theme?

    If the issue persists with the default WordPress theme, it will confirm that the issue is not caused by our theme, and in that case, I suggest reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance.

    If it works fine with the default WordPress theme, it will also work fine with our theme.
