Header logo not changing no matter what i do !

i tried each and everything , could u guys check it?
its a massive stupid bug

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers > remove the home page header.
Finish editing of the main header and create home page header with the header overlap and transparent bg after that.
