    Hello,

If you use Apache then change LimitRequestBody http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/core.html#limitrequestbody
If your hosting provider really increased that limit then you should not have the following error in the server error logs
*5398722 client intended to send too large body: 302015041 bytes, client: *.*.*.**, server: feel.construction, request: "POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP/2.0", host: "fe******ion", referrer: "https://********/wp-admin/customize.php?autofocus%5Bpanel%5D=header-builder"
So, ask if they really increased the LimitRequestBody to 10 or 20MB, try to edit headers after that. If you get the error then check the server error logs again and provide us these logs.

    Regards

    Hello,

Probably you added a lot of conditions and every condition for every header you have increases the body size. So, reduce the number of the conditions/headers. We can do nothing with its size.

Not sure what you mean by conditions? I had to a dd a load as you chil page option did not work at all till you fixed it, but, then I deleted all sub headers, and added again from scratch, with chil child page set, so only one “condition” and still it does not work. It seems you are scrabbling to blame a load of other elements on the multiple header option not working properly. I have used this theme on many sites with no issue, until using multiple headers, where all the issues start. Maybe remove the feature on future iterations until you can make it work properly!

    Hello,

Can you tell me if you still have the same error in the server error logs? Because that error was before our fix. Could you provide a recent error log?

    Regards

    Hello,

    1) We would recommend your hosting support to fix errors related to server configuration, for example

Cannot serve directory /var/www/vhosts/**********/httpdocs/**********/: No matching DirectoryIndex (index.html,index.cgi,index.pl,index.php,index.xhtml,index.htm,index.shtml) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive

    Got error 'Primary script unknown'

    etc.

    2) I checked your multiple headers and don’t see problem with changing. For example editor https://prnt.sc/12j97f3
frontend https://prnt.sc/12j98cq So, header builder works.

    Regards
