    Hi,

    I’ve been trying to access the blog page on my website. I spoke to the hosting people and it looks like there’s some issue with the theme and php version. Can you please check this once?

    Hello, @T_12345,

    I have checked your site now and found that you are using a Child theme that creating the issue on your site. I have activated the Parent Theme, by doing this your issue is resolved now.

    I was just checking the site and it looks like the whole thing is upside down or something. Can you please check the design on the site and take it back to how it was. Please.

    Can I reactivate the child theme to take the design back to normal? Please understand that this is holiday season, and we don’t have the time to change the whole design right now. Please help, if the site goes down right now we will be losing a lot on business.

    Sorry for the inconvenience but I have reverted back the setting now as it was before. Please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    And, In order to solve your issue, please check your additional customization in the child theme that creating the issue on your site.

    Thank you so much for the help. Looks good now.

    I am looking into the customization, and it looks like even in the customizer the blog page isn’t responding. This issue is only with the blog page (anchor), individual posts are working fine.

    Can you help me with the steps to troubleshoot this, without making any changes to the existing design?

    Hello, @T_12345,

    I have set your site settings in the parent theme as you set them in the child theme. Now, the parent theme is activated on your site all the layout/design is working as it was in the child theme and your blog page issue is resolved because the parent theme is activated on the site. Please watch this video first: https://streamable.com/nszlxk and then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Thank you very much for making this easy. I’ve tried editing the page on XStore customizer, but the ‘Publish’ button isn’t responding. I am trying to understand why is this happening. Can you please look into this once?

    Hello, @T_12345,

    There must be a third-party plugin that conflict and causes the issue. Because the same theme is working fine on our test site. Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    Hi,

    I have a design issue in the Cart and Empty Cart pages. Link: https://katmandutrading.com/cart/

    1. Can you please help change the design on these buttons on the cart page. Please change the button text color (no hover) from yellow to black, and keep the text black on hover as well. Keep the color of the button as green on hover, just change the color on the button text. Basically, make them look like the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.     2. Please use the same design on buttons in the Empty Cart page.

    Hello,

    Have you changed wp-admin access? We can’t log in now.
    Go to settings of Elementor, and reset the global color for links. Then colors from Theme Options > Styling will work fine for buttons, in other case custom CSS code should be used.

    Folks there seems to be a new problem. We were moving the site from cloudflare back to godaddy, and after the transfer the theme (x store) refuses to update and go back to its usual settings. Please help.
