Dropdown menu arrow missing on mobile device

Hi,
Something stange occured in my mobile menu.
I got a menu (only visible when connected that shows sub menus with a dropdown).
Since few days dropdown is missing when testing on mobiel device.
It is present in 8theme menu display and when resizing windows as mobile on computer but not when displaying on a real mobiel device.

Can you please check and give me a feedback / solution asap ?

I checked your site using mobile device and don’t see problem with the mobile menu arrows https://prnt.sc/218k0rb
Could you, please, provide us with the screenshot or video of the issue?

It is not on Permis menus but on QCM that is visible only when in admin mode.

As you’ll see in my screen capture, It is present in 8theme menu display and when resizing windows as mobile on computer but not when displaying on a real mobiel device.

Try to connect using my credentials and then check on mobile please.
