Now when I click to open the main page through Elementor, error 500 appears in the preview. See the attached error.png image.
And the site preview was as it is in the “site.png” attachment
Could you please help me resolve this?
    Best Regards

    Hello, @maloti,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

500 errors are server errors originating from your website’s server environment.
It is independent of our theme. Please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

Additionally, Please read the official Elementor plugin articles here:

    https://elementor.com/help/500-error/

    https://elementor.com/help/how-to-fix-the-preview-could-not-be-loaded-error/

We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,

    Hi Tony,
I managed to find the problem.
I had disabled the WooCommerce plugin as I wasn’t going to use it. This caused this problem to also occur in the Pro Elements plugin. When I enabled WooCommerce again, everything returned to normal.
But that wasn’t supposed to give a 500 error in Elementor, right?!

Even though I solved the problem, could you please check the system info log that I got from Elementor? (txt attached) It contains some error lines.
Could you check if everything is ok, please?

    Best Regards
