1/ Fixed, by deleting a part of code from Theme options > Theme custom CSS 2/ About color on the hover, try to add the next code and check:
.et_b_header-menu .secondary-menu-wrapper .menu li>a:hover, .et_b_header-menu .nav-sublist-dropdown .item-link:hover { color: #2dbbb0 !important; opacity:1; }
