1- The pagination appears fine on the shop page as you can see in the below image of your site https://postimg.cc/KkrCRsRf Please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
2- Sorry to say, I don’t get your point what you mean by “plugin not updet” because on your site the theme necessary and other third-party plugins are already updated as you can see in this video of your site: https://streamable.com/2uamok there was an update of slider revolution plugin I update it from the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Plugin Installer. It update without any error/issue.
