i tested it today and activated the email builder
the only message i get is when the order is under processing, but on hold and other emails templates has not been sent to the customer emails (neither your builder or woocommerce no emails at all)
i managed to have access to ftp
you can find access credentials
we don’t have much time, so please ASAP
