Registration of plugins that come bundled with the theme is not necessary. They will function perfectly without any need for activation. The plugin activation option was added only for those who need to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers.
What exactly plugin you can’t use without the activation?
It is not our theme is activated on the mentioned site. What exactly problem with XStore theme installation do you face? We can upload and activate it for you, provide temporary wp-admin access (via the Private Content area here).
