Add Products via Vendor Dashboard Not Working

Hello, I already purchased XStore and been using Marseille 01 Demo Theme. I also used RnB Plugin and WCMarketplace since I’m planning to create a multivendor store. I had set up a vendor account and tried adding a product via the Add Product button in the dashboard. However, whenever after the Select Category page, I return back to the dashboard home page. Is this broken? Is there something in the Marseille 01 Backend that’s preventing it to list product via the vendor dashboard? Because I tried using it on Niche Market 02 Demo and it works fine. I can’t seem to add products when using Marseille 01. What should I do to resolve this issue? I have been resetting my installation so many times now. Would appreciate your help.

Hello,

Could you please, check if the mentioned option works fine with the default WooCommerce theme? Go to Appearance > Install and activateactivtae Storefront theme > check the issue. Are you able to add product without problems when the default theme is activated?
Switch back to XStore. Do the backup of widgets and Theme Options before switching.
