Checkout page does not work well - by Viperjap

Hi
I tested placing order, but Checkout page does not work well. Order confirmation mail can be received. But checkout page does not change to thank you page.
Please let me know how to fix it.

Hello,

There are a number of errors in the console of your checkout page http://prntscr.com/t0awdo and some of them are related to third-party plugins. We can’t check your Dashboard because of permissions http://prntscr.com/t0axes
So, try to disable third-party plugins that you use and check checkout again. If the problem still persists after that, please, unblock access to your WP Dashboard and also provide us with access to your FTP to check the issue in more detail.

Thank you very much, I disable plugins and checked. But still checkout page does not work, The window of http://prntscr.com/t0axes is the alert of Server provider which indicates server security not to access control screen. I switched turn them off. Please try again.

Hello,

If you go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs tab > you’ll see a lot of error logs related to your child theme http://prntscr.com/t0fdro
Take a look at the code that you changed there and fix it. The theme author is not responsible for changes made in the child theme.

I tried to change Theme, the checkout page works well. I will change the Theme, to discuss something about checkout page with you is wasting time.

Hello,

Let’s sort out. You installed XStore child theme and made changes there. Your changes caused fatal errors http://prntscr.com/t0fdro . If you switch to XSore parent theme you also should not have any issue.
Do you want to tell us that you have the mentioned problem even with the parent theme? Did you try to switch to XStore parent theme and test checkout?
