Hello,
1) Captcha comes from woo-ajax-loginregister plugin. Contact plugin author to disable it or check the plugin settings.
2) WooCommerce does not have option for such redirect. Contact Dokan plugin author if they have option for this redirect. We can do nothing from theme side for this.
